Currently we are looking for a high level Business Development/Relationship Manager who can help us expand and grow our presence. This position will act as the Location Manager with the expectation of leading a sales team as the shop continues to grow. We are looking for somebody with 2-3 years of financial services sales experience in loans market (Personal loan, business loan, Loan against property or home loan). Person must have proven track record of performance and demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals along with strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Sourcing of Home Loan, Loan against property and unsecured loans.

Responsible for prospecting and originating new business by identifying and building a rapport with potential clients and to be able to close sales and contracts.

• Establish strong referral network and relationships with commercial real estate brokers, loan brokers, rating agencies, CAs, accountants, lawyers, etc. to expand customer base.
• Liason with senior bank executives to understand latest trends, policies etc and get the cases closed.
• Manage monthly MIS along with monthly and daily sales report.
